Welcome to GlobalJobs ("we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by Global Leap OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (Registry Code: 17384878). By accessing or using our website, WhatsApp services, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

GlobalJobs provides digital career preparation tools and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. Our services include AI-powered CV analysis, document optimization suggestions, and the preparation of CVs for compatibility with ATS parsing protocols.

Important Disclaimer: We are a technology company, not a recruitment agency or a law firm. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or visa sponsorship. Our role is strictly limited to providing tools and resources to assist your job search.

Service Delivery: Service delivery occurs via an automated interactive chat interface on third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram). Access instructions are provided immediately upon payment. Interactions are processed instantly by software.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Communication Channels

By using our service, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other digital communication channel we deem necessary to deliver our services, provide support, or send transactional notifications regarding your account. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

5. Data Usage and AI Training

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. We do not use your personal data, including your CVs or chat history, to train our artificial intelligence models. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the specific services you have requested (such as CV analysis) and is not used for any other machine learning or model improvement purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a package, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

One-Time Fees: Our license keys (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed as one-time fees.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with our tool. If you are not satisfied with the analysis or usability of our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your transaction ID. We process all refund requests promptly, no questions asked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, guides, templates, and software provided by GlobalJobs are the intellectual property of Global Leap OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal job search only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Leap OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or content

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
